Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website (catherinespa.in) or booking a service with Catherine Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Our Services
Catherine Spa provides professional massage and spa therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, Balinese massage, and traditional Russian massage techniques, delivered by trained therapists at our location in Candolim, Goa.
Our services are strictly limited to therapeutic massage and spa treatments. We do not offer, and will not tolerate requests for, any service beyond this scope.
2. Age Requirement
Our services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid identification and to decline service to anyone unable to confirm they meet this requirement.
3. Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or through the booking form on our website.
- Bookings are subject to therapist and slot availability.
- We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours, though walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next guest, at our discretion, without any reduction in the listed price.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We request that you cancel or reschedule at least 4hrs before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may be subject to no refunds.
- We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and will always try to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.
5. Payments
- Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cards, upi, cash. Prices for our services are as listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will be honored for that appointment.
- Any promotional discounts (e.g., seasonal offers) are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer and cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.
6. Health & Safety Disclosure
For your safety, please inform our therapist before your session if you have any of the following:
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery, injury, or fracture
- Skin conditions, allergies, or infections
- Heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or other medical conditions
- Any condition where massage therapy may not be advisable
Massage therapy may not be suitable for everyone. It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information so our therapists can adjust or decline treatment where appropriate. Catherine Spa is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
7. Guest Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our guests and our therapists. We expect all guests to:
- Treat our therapists and staff with respect
- Refrain from any inappropriate, disrespectful, or harassing behavior or language
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any request for services outside our stated scope, or any form of harassment directed at our staff. Any guest who violates this policy will have their session terminated immediately without refund, and may be refused service in the future. We also reserve the right to involve local authorities where appropriate.
Our therapists likewise are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, and any concerns about staff conduct can be raised with us directly using the contact details below.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Inappropriate conduct or requests outside our stated scope of services
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Health conditions that make treatment inadvisable
- Failure to meet the minimum age requirement
9. Website Use
- The content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Catherine Spa and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content (including pricing, availability, or service descriptions) is free of errors at all times.
- You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious software, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
